NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004909-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and ERIC M. DISHNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 451, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT FIVE-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 46 AND 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any, and taxes subsequent to 1995.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
