YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LAKE CONLEY MOBILE HOME PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 288, LAKE CONLEY MOBILE HOME PARK CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 841, Page 1091, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 2126 Waterview Drive, Holiday, Florida, 34691
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 11/18/2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
