F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and PRISCILLA MONCADA-PATAPOFF; GREG PATAPOFF; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; ASBEL CREEK ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A ASBEL CREEK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JAMES SISSON; JANE DOE N/K/A SAMANTHA SISSON are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 6, 2013 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
