NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 07, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021275-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff, and STEPHANIE L. POULAKOS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C, BUILDING 12, ORGANCE TREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OR CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2494, PAGE 1200, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
