Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida. Colleen M. Reilly, Interim Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 28, HAMPTON PARK according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 18, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11:00 a.m. on November 14, 2013.Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
