LOT 337, EAST ORLANDO ESTATES SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 122, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 184.0 FEET OF THE WEST 360.80 FEET THEREOF.
