HADDAD; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; THE FOUNTAINS AT RIO PINAR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAY POINTE BUILDERS, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/09/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
