COLEMAN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE PROGRESSIVE SOLUTIONS, A TRUST DATED JANUARY 1, 1996; KAREN S. COLEMAN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE PROGRESSIVE SOLUTIONS, A TRUST DATED JANUARY 1, 1996; KAREN S. COLEMAN; THE RESERVE AT BELMERE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
