NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 8, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2007-CA-008143-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT SERIES ITF RAST 2005-A6, is the Plaintiff and KORHAN DUNDAR; DERYA DUNDAR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES; DEERFIELD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
