NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 7, 2013 and entered in Case No. 482011CA004786XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein federal national mortgage association, is Plaintiff and barbara azpeita; humberto azpeita; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, LYDIA GARDNER, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of section 31, township 22 south, range 31 east, orange county, florida, less the south 401.58 feet, and the north 132.00 feet and the west 48.00 feet thereof, and less the following; from the southwest corner of the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of said section 31, run north 00°44'50” west along the west line of said northwest 1/4, 401.58 feet, run thence north 89°43'46” east parallel to the south line of said northwest 1/4, 233.07 feet for a point of beginning, said point being on the westerly right of way line of a florida power corporation right of way, run thence north 01°02'52” east along said westerly right of way line, 134.30 feet; thence run north 89°37'09” east parallel to the north line of said northwest 1/4, 312.59 feet to the easterly right of way line of said right of way, run thence south 01°02'52” west along said easterly right of way line, 134.90 feet, run thence south 89°43'46” west parallel with said south line, 312.59 feet to the point of beginning.

commence at the northeast corner of the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of said section 31; thence run south 01°15'46” east along the east line of the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of said section 31, a distance of 132.02 feet to the south line of the north 132.00 feet of the southwest 1/.4 of the northeast 1/4 of said section 31 and for a point of beginning; thence continue south 01°15'46” east along the east line, a distance of 135.20 feet to the north line of the south 401.58 feet of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of said section 31; thence south 89°31'33” west along said north line, a distance of 142.44 feet to the east line of the florida power corporation fee owned electric transmission corridor; thence north 01°10'02” east along said east line, a distance of 134.95 feet to the south line of the north 132.00 feet of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of said section 31; thence north 89°44'58” east along said south line, a distance of 136.71 feet to the point of beginning.
