NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016413-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and OSCAR ROMAN MALDONADO; QUEDALIA VASQUEZ-NEIRA A/K/A QUEDALIA RAQUEL YASQUEZ-NEIRA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VILLAS DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 13th day of November 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1864-3, BUILDING C, VILLAS DEL SOL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4969, PAGE 1085 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
