NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 4, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-010056-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-BAR1 is the Plaintiff and NANCY M BATISTA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY M. BATISTA SERVED AS ANTHONY BATISTA; HSBC BANK USA AS TRUSTEE OF 2007-SLI; SPRING ISLE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
