NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-022941-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION, LLC is the Plaintiff and JUDITH DOLPHIN GONZALEZ, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RUTH E. DOLPHIN, DECEASED A/K/A JUDITH RAE GONZALEZ, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, LVNV FUNDING, LLC, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, LIONEL C. DOLPHIN, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RUTH E. DOLPHIN, DECEASED, AS TO A LIFE ESTATE INTEREST, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH DOLPHIN GONZALEZ A/K/A JUDITH RAE GONZALEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 5th day of November, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 159, BREEZEWOOD UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
