NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-007520 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DOVER MORTGAGE CAPITAL CORPORATION, GRANTOR TRUST CERTIFICATE SERIES 2004-A is the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN S. PAZAR, VICKI S PAZAR, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM (FL) R.A., WHISPERWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 5th day of November, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 39, BUILDING 7. OF WHISPERWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND EXHIBITS THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2697, PAGES 1602 THROUGH 1665, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, TOGETHR WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONOOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
