NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June18, 2013 and entered in Case No.: 2009-CA-010791-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and THAIS PACHECO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CHALLENGE FINANCIAL INVESTORS CORPORATION; SWEETWATER WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the new sale date scheduled for December 9, 2013 at 11:00am, at the Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Avenue Orlando, FL 32801 on the Orange County Real foreclosure website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, on the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 130, SWEETWATER WEST, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 12-18, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. a/k/a 1336 Longhill Dr., Apopka, Florida 32712.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
