ARANGO A/K/A RAMIRO ARANGO, INDIVIDUALLY; RAMIRO E. ARANGO A/K/A RAMIRO ARANGO, AS GUARANTOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN B. MOREAU A/K/A JONATHAN MOREAU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMIRO E. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
