Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 15, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
UNIT 402, BOCA LAGO AT VIVANTE VI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3153, PAGES 1897 THROUGH 1955, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, WHICH LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS INCLUDE GARAGE SPACE #6.
and commonly known as: 98 VIVANTE BLVD UNIT 9842, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on January 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
