NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 09006721CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC3 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all others who may claim an interest in Estate of Nettie Lewis; Adeline Manning; Ivy Manning; Ranford Miller; Unknown Tenant(s) in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Ch 45 Florida Statutes beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13 day of January, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, BLOCK 901, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 38A THROUGH 38H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
