NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 082011CA002046XXXXXX in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, LUKAS GRINCAVITCH, et al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 30 day of January, 2014, the following described property:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 82, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 1A THROUGH 1E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
