NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, Block 4291, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Sixty Six, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 4A through 4G, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Charlotte County at 11:00 a.m. on December 27, 2013 VIA THE INTERNET: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
