NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered on June 4, 2013, in this cause, the style of which is indicated above. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 A.M. on the 6 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 25, Block 460, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 18, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 8A through 8E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
