Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-003237 of the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 A.M. on the 22 day of January, 2014 on the following-described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 11, Block 184 of PUNTA GORDA ISLES SECTION FOURTEEN, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page(s) 9A-9Q, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

Lot 10, Block 184 of PUNTA GORDA ISLES SECTION FOURTEEN, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page(s) 9A-9Q, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
(hereinafter referenced to as the “3445 Property”),
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
