Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 003694 , in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and SHARMIN SULTANA, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2050, OF CASCADES AT SARASOTA, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 41 THROUGH 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 19th day of November, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
