Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 18, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 102, MAINSTREET AT BRADENTON CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1896, PAGE 1219 AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN PARKING SPACE NO. 6.
and commonly known as: 210 W 3RD ST #8102, BRADENTON, FL 34205; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
