NGUYEN; THANH THI HONG VO; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DUC NGUYEN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/20/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
