NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in favor of Capital Bank, N.A. f/k/a NAFH National Bank, dated December 5, 2012, in the above styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on November 15, 2013, the following described real property:
LOT 7215, MILL CREEK PHASE VII-B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 159 THROUGH 183, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS.
