NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 007503 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK, NA., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-I is the Plaintiff and KENT A BURNSIDE; DIANA L BURNSIDE; CURTIS S. PETZOLDT AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 24, 1998; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; THE OAK CREEK SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 14th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
