Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-1816 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Naples, Florida, where BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, Plaintiff, MAYRA PEREZ, DIEGO PEREZ, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION # 1 AND #2 and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, Defendants. The Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 14 day of NOVEMBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
