Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 16, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 21, BLOCK E, MYRTLE COVE ACRES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5273 CYPRESS LANE, NAPLES, FL 34113; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Naples, FL on November 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
