notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000982 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-A, Plaintiff and Ana Rosa Vega and Mileydis Viera and Juan 0. Betancourt are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on NOVEMBER 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 16, UNIT 69, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty 60 days after the sale.
