notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated SEPTEMBER 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-004444 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Verna C. Thompson a/k/a Verna Thompson a/k/a Vernon Thompson a/k/a Vernon Thomson and Jerry Thompson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on NOVEMBER 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 4, RIVER PARK EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 84 AND 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
