notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009741 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N. A., as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Services 2006-PR1 Trust, Plaintiff and Gatz Properties II, LLC , a Florida Limited Liability Company are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on NOVEMBER 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 41, REPLAT OF PART OF BLOCKS 4 AND 5, NAPLES PARK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
