NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0800481CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, where in WACHOVIA MORTGAGE F.S.B. F/K/A WORLD SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO BERASA, DANA VANESA ARRESE, THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on NOVEMBER 18, 2013, beginning at 11:00 AM, at THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 3402, Phase 34, The Preserve at the Shores at Berkshire Lakes, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2594, Page 1409, and any amendments thereof, together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration to be appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate,
lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
