NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012CA001522AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Manatee County's Public Auction website, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, HIDDEN OAKS, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
