NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-002222 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-F1 is the Plaintiff and ANNETTA KATHLEEN MOLLO A/K/A ANNETTA K. MOLLO; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; BERMUDA COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WIGGINS BAY FOUNDATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 12 day of NOVEMBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 1, PHASE 2, BERMUDA COVE, A CONDOMINIUM; ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2222, PAGE(S) 209, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
