Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 08, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4 OF LEE`S ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF MANATEE, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 1820 7TH AVENUE EAST, BRANDENTON, FL 34208
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 13, 2013 beginning at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
