NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 13, August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-05772 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Edward D'Alessandro, Jr., Jennifer L. Iavarone, Bank of America, National Association, successor in interest to First National Bank of Florida, Joseph J. DeNicolo, Marvin Moskowitz, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 290, UNIT NO. 8, MARCO BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 63 THROUGH 68, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 320 HAZELCREST ST., MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145-5230
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
