NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 8, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2012 CA 002789, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and, EVERETT W. SKIPPER; E TRADE BANK; LESLIE D. SKEPPERAND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on November 13, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, LOVESKY PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 149 AND 150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
