NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of JULY, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004157, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FFMLT TRUST 2006-FF13, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF13 is the Plaintiff and FREDERICO ESPINOZA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NAT. CITY BANK OF IN, MARIA ESPINOZA, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A JUAN MARTINEZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 18 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
