NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-6604-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and LINDA J. MURPHY A/K/A LINDA J. NANKERVIS AKA LINDA JO NANKERVIS, DOROTHY M. MURPHY, NAPLES WINTERPARK VIII, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA J. MURPHY A/K/A LINDA J. NANKERVIS AKA LINDA JO NANKERVIS N/K/A LINDA J. NANKERVIS AKA LINDA JO NANKERVIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOROTHY M. MURPHY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
