NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-006928, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OFSTRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2007-AR6is the Plaintiff and FIFTH THIRD BANK F/K/A FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEANNA L. BAYER, DEANNA L. BAYER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LULA C. BAYER, DEANNA L. BAYER AND WILLIAM D. BAYER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED DECEMBER 5, 2007, WILLIAM DAVID BAYER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LULA C. BAYER, DEANNA L. BAYER AND WILLIAM D. BAYER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED DECEMBER 5, 2007 A/K/A WILLIAM D. BAYER, BERNARD SCHWALBE, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LULA C. BAYER, DEANNA L. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 77, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 93 AND 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
