NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-002368 CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2007-B, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2007-B UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and ANTONIO PALAMARO; YVETTE PALAMARO, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX IN THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 42, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 30, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
