NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13 day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 112008CA0042460001XX , of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trial E. Naples FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 12 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, IN BLOCK 125, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
