RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff s Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0908790CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and NERKI DE LA CARIDAD VEGA A/KIA NERKI C. VEGA A/K/ A NERKI DE LA CARIDAD VEGA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of November, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 60, of Golden Gate, Unit 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 65 through 77, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
