NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, on November 14, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
The legal description of the property being sold is described herein:
Unit No. 301, Lascala, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in OR Book 1748, Pages 103 and 182, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements thereof, together with the exclusive right to use Parking Space No. 301
The property or its address is commonly known as 9700 Gulfshore Drive, #301, Naples, FL 34108.
