NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 15, October 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-006077 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2007-1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff, and Erin R. Benson, Connors Electric, Inc., Naples Trace Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 408, NAPLES TRACE, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK1455, AT PAGE 278, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
