NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 15 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-003211 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series WMALT 2006-AR4, is the Plaintiff and James Peter McMullen, Jane H McMullen, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of James Peter McMullen, The Unknown Spouse of Jane H McMullen, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
