Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment for the Plaintiff entered in this case on October 16, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT C-103, LAKE POINT CONDOMINIUM PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LAKE POINTE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1345 PAGE 971 THROUGH 1046, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1442 Wildwood Lakes Blvd., Unit C103, Naples, FL 34112, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at 3rd Floor Lobby, Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, at 11:00 A.M., on NOVEMBER 14, 2013.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
