NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007848 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DEE A PETEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEE A. PETEE; DAVID A. ARIST A/K/A DAVID ARIST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID A. ARIST A/K/A DAVID ARIST; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SERVICE FINANCE COMPANY, LLC D/B/A SERVICE FINANCE CO.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOHN GALLANTI, and JANE DOE N/K/A TINA GALLANTI are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 14 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
