NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated OCTOBER 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-09966 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-H.1, (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO LICHI; JENNIFER MARCHIONDA LICHI A/K/A JENNIFER M. LICHI; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; WILSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 18 day of november, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
